peppermint irish cream tea

January 8, 2014 by Lindsey 2 Comments

Lately I’ve been craving Bailey’s. Strange, right? Especially since it’s not something that typically comes to mind when I’m choosing an adult beverage. But the other day it was snowing and it sounded delicious. We walked to the corner packie right near our apartment but they didn’t have any mini Bailey’s so we grabbed a few of these St. Brendan’s. Same difference, Irish Cream is Irish Cream. Okay, not really, but still it was fine for one delicious beverage.

Peppermint Irish Whiskey Ingredients

I did a little Pinterest perusing to learn what else Irish Cream works well with besides hot chocolate. It was amazing and I highly recommend you try it if Irish Whiskey is your thing. It’s so easy.

Brew a cup of peppermint tea. Add Irish Cream. Stir. Drink.

I won’t lie, it could be my new favorite winter beverage of choice. Next up I plan to try it mixed with chai. Yum!
