This casserole is so delicious and so easy to make. A few weekends ago I made a french toast casserole for a brunch potluck at a friends house. It was delicious, but it was filled, like maxed out with butter and sugar of all sorts: white, brown and powdered. I figured there had to be a healthier way to make it so I tried it out. It got five stars from Al so it must have been good!
I didn’t really measure anything, I think it’s the type of thing that you just make to your liking, but here’s the general process. The instructions are for a small casserole so adjust if you’re making a larger one.
