We don’t typically celebrate Valentine’s day since our anniversary is a week later, but I like to give a small valentine to my guy and it usually involves some sort of coffee related gift card. We try to limit out coffee shop visits (it’s such a money suck, there are days I wish I hated all coffee/tea related beverages!) so when looking for something small to give him I usually opt for a coffee shop gift card.
He especially loves a local coffee shop in our neighborhood, and I’m trying hard to support the local business more, so I picked up a $10 gift card for him. The sweet lady gave it to me in a small envelope so I did a little Pinterest searching to see how I could turn it into more of a valentine.
I found a free printable (stay tuned, I have a whole post to share about free printables and how great they are) and sized and printed it to fit the small envelope. The printable was from Lost Bumblebee and I thought it was cute and appropriate.
I cut it and wrapped the small envelope in it, securing with tape on the back. I then tied a small twine bow on it and it was ready to go.
So super simple, inexpensive but put a smile on his face (I already gave it to him because he would have seen it on the blog today!).
